“个板板的” is a local expletive and expression of exclamation, often used in a contentious, especially highly confrontational, situation (see Example 1), but also used among friends as a sign of intimacy (see Example 2).
例１：你个板板的想搞么事啊？What the heck do you want to do?
例２：他个板板的还蛮傲来！ He son of a gun surely is pretty good!
